This page describes Fammio practices regarding the collection, use, and disclosure of the personally identifiable information (“data”) we collect from and about you when you use Fammio’s services. Data is collected by Fammio Co. of 19 Hill St, Bernardsville, NJ 07924.Fammio`s services:
- the services, software, applications, plug-ins, components, functionality, or programs provided or offered on the Site now or in the future (collectively, the “Services”);
Collection, use, and sharing of your data
When you register
Collection of data begins when you register for our service as a user. We may ask you to provide your name, email address, a contact telephone number, the company you work for, job position, your address, username and password, and other data relevant to the Services we provide. We capture this information at any https://famm.io domain when you fill in a sign-up form and project settings form. When you register on the Site or use the Services, you give us consent to the Processing of your data.
When you provide consent, you may withdraw it at any time without affecting the lawfulness of the processing that was carried out prior to withdrawing it. Whenever you withdraw consent, you acknowledge and accept that this may have a negative influence on the quality of the Fammio Site and/or Services provided to you. You further agree that Fammio shall not be held liable with respect to any loss and/or damage to your Personal Data if you choose to withdraw consent.
The Beta version of our Service is free to use. When we provide paid packages, we’ll notify you about this by email. We do not store credit card data when processing payments.
When do we collect information?
We collect information when you register on our SIte (famm.io including famm.io subdomains like app.famm.io), and use the Service.
Service support and data collection
If you contact our support services at email@example.com or our support center, we will collect the data we need to categorize your question and respond to it. We also use this data to track potential issues with our Service and customize our support responses for better support service.
We use the collected information to process your registration, provide our Service, provide statements of account and communicate with you on any matter relating to your account and the provision of our Service in general.
We also use data to conduct research and development to improve our Services and provide a better experience to all of our users.
If you confirm to receive our emails or other marketing communications, we may communicate with you in writing, via email, or other means available on or through the Services, with transactional or service messages, such as welcoming you to our Services or informing you about updates regarding our application. You have an option to unsubscribe from these emails.
Marketing communications, non-marketing emails, emails about our software usage, purchase confirmations, invoices, technical notices, security alerts, notifications from our software and support and administrative messages may be sent to you even if you do not have an account.
We will track the click rate and the number of emails sent for a better understanding of our marketing campaigns performance.
We may share your non-personal data with selected third parties, including our business partners, suppliers, and subcontractors, for the performance of any contract we enter into with them. We may also share your data with analytics and search engine providers that assist us in the improvement of our Site or Service.

You may access, update, change, correct, and delete most of your personal information through the Site or Services (the app). Additionally, by contacting us at firstname.lastname@example.org, you may request access to the data that we have about you and request that it be updated, rectified, deleted, or blocked. You also have the right to receive from Fammio a structured and machine-readable format of all the Personal Data you provided to us.

While you are using Fammio Services, we attribute the highest importance to the security and integrity of your personal data.
All data is encrypted via SSL/TLS when transmitted from Fammio servers to third party services. Fammio implements industry standard security measures to protect personal data from unauthorized disclosure.
Fammio deems that data protection is the main priority. We never sell personal data and we carry out all processing operations in strict compliance with the EU General Data Protection Regulation ("GDPR") (specifically but not limited to Article 6(1)(b) to (f) and Article 28)
In accordance with the GDPR, Fammio engages to take all pertinent precautions in order to preserve the security of the data and to protect it against any accidental or unlawful destruction, accidental loss, corruption, unauthorized circulation or access, as well as against any other form of unlawful processing or disclosure to unauthorized persons.
In case of DDos or hacker attacks, Fammio undertakes to inform you thereof without undue delay and to use its best efforts to take all possible measures to neutralize the intrusion and minimize the impact.
